你告诉我沉默比诗歌更接近平静
假如作为礼物
我带给你沉默（因为我熟知沉默）
你会说“这不是沉默，
这是另一首诗。”
你会将它退还给我。

The gift

You tell me that silence is nearer to peace than poems
but if for my gift
I brought you silence (for I know silence)
you would say “This is not silence,
this is another poem.”
And you would hand it back to me.
